PBM (Wales) Ltd. started out as a small family-based contractor established in the late 1980’s by Eric and Geoff Griffiths and in 1996 the business became a limited company. Since then PBM has grown to be one of the largest, respected, award winning building and maintenance contractors in South Wales.
As a major local employer, the company has maintained sustainable growth through continual investment in training, betterment, and technological advances ensuring we remain trusted partners to our ever-expanding client base.
Working on various frameworks for Registered Social Landlords, The Public Sector and Domestic clients we offer a complete service, carrying out all building trades as well as specialist, accredited works in house.

This has been evident in our LABC Winners Awards and National Winners awards for Federation of Master Builders in recent years.
We are committed to investing in our local community and supporting local supply chain partners. As well as full time employment we provide yearly apprenticeships and work placement opportunities in liaison with CITB, local schools, colleges, and placement providers.
As a company we actively encourage and support staff development as a result former apprentices have been recognised, encouraged, and nurtured and now hold senior management positions within the organisation.
