Property Building Maintenance (Wales) Ltd. Have won the prestigious Commercial or Public Sector Project Award for the Conversion and Adaptation undertaken at 85-95 Llansawel Crescent, Briton Ferry, on behalf of social housing provider Tai Tarian.

Property Building Maintenance (Wales) Ltd’s work on this major redevelopment project saw them convert a disused office block into much-needed social housing in a local community. The job entailed significant work on the structure itself and on the services within, and several unforeseeable changes to the original plans also posed challenges to the budget. This Master Builder rose to the occasion and maintained excellent relationships with local stakeholders to deliver new housing to the local community on-time and within budget. One of the delighted new tenants stated: “The flats are really light, modern and airy and the quality is exceptional. I’m sure I’m going to be very happy here.”
